Premium Jobs is Prolancer’s new, FREE and specialised service offered to Hirers in order to help them source the top candidates for their projects and/or job with more ease and confidence.
With Premium Jobs you will have the option to deposit £200 of your project/job (i.e. Initial Deposit Payment) upfront in return for:
- Receiving Shortlisted candidate for your project/job – Prolancer will assign a dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) to your posted job and your RM will filter, interview and shortlist the right-fit candidate who meets your job requirements and business needs.
- Gaining priority access to your dedicated Relationships Manager - Your RM will support you in all stages of the hiring process.
- 60 days job listing - Premium jobs will get more attention from top-talent and will be advertised on Prolancer for up to 60 days.
How does Premium Jobs work?
You can post a Premium Job in 6 very easy steps:
- Sign up to Prolancer & post your job
- After you've posted a job, you will have an option to upgrade your job to Premium. You can do that by simply filling in the Schedule a Call form for an introductory call with your dedicated Relationships Manager (RM)
- Deposit £200 of your project/job value (i.e. Initial Deposit Payment)
- Discuss your project/job needs with your RM during your introductory call
- Your RM will pre-screen and shortlist two to three top-candidates for you
- Interview and check the shortlisted candidates
- Hire with peace of mind by Accepting one of the candidates
Or if you are unhappy with your RM’s selection, Decline the candidates and ask your RM to find you two or three more right-fit professionals
Please note that your £200 deposit payment is 100% refundable in case:
- We do not find the right candidate for you
- You decide to cancel your project or job at any time
