Once a Job have been posted, you cannot delete them. However, you could make amendments or cancel the Job altogether.
Resume or Cancelling a Job
In order to cancel a job posting, you could go to your Posted Jobs page via your User Menu and click on the Active button on the right-hand-side of your project summary box. You then need to click on the Pause option. This will pause your job publication until (and if) you decide activate it again. Your dedicated relationship manager will be notified on these actions and may contact you if they have any questions.
To Cancel a job, you need to click on Close option. This will close your job and will move your job to the ARCHIVED section.
Editing a Job
If you need to edit your job posting description or details, you can use the Edit Job button in your Posted Jobs page.
Once you make the necessary changes, click on Post Job button. Your job will be resubmitted with the new information included.
Please note that if you have already accepted a proposal for this Job and a Freelancer is working on this Job for you, you cannot cancel or edit the job description. Instead, you can communicate with the freelance on the project workstream.
