If you are not happy with the services of the Freelancer, you could request a refund by going to the payment section of your project Workstream and clicking on the Refund button. Please ensure that you have fully read and agreed to our Terms of Services prior to submitting your request.
Alternatively, you may decide that you want to cancel the Job. In this case, before cancelling your Job, you need to send a message to the Freelancer by using the messaging function in your project Workstream. In your message, you need to explain carefully the reasons for the cancellation of the Job or any concerns that you may have. You need to clearly explain to the Freelancer that their service is no longer needed and that they should stop working on the Job, immediately. Failure to do so may result in the Freelancer continuing with the work and invoicing you for the entire work done, however unsatisfactory it may be. Please note that when you cancel the Job, you still need to pay for the part of the Job that has already been completed.
